Matthew Burrows brings an impressive résumé to Indianwood, rooted in nearly two decades of private golf club management experience. A native of Detroit and a graduate of Michigan State University, Burrows honed his expertise at some of the nation’s most prestigious golf clubs.
Most notably, he served as the Director of Golf at Winged Foot Golf Club in New York, a legendary venue that has hosted five U.S. Opens and is consistently ranked among the Top 10 courses in the United States. He also served as the superintendent at New Haven Country Club in Connecticut. His expertise in maintaining championship-level conditions, managing high-profile events, and exceeding member expectations makes him a perfect fit for Indianwood’s commitment to excellence.
Throughout his career, Burrows has demonstrated an unwavering dedication to providing exceptional course conditions, elevating member experiences, and managing the intricate details required to uphold the highest standards.
